These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of handmade jewelry and accessories from Nina & Sine Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Products & Handmade Craftsmanship

All items are handmade and may include slight variations in color, texture, or size. These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

  • Materials, stones, and metals are described as accurately as possible.
  • Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
  • Custom or personalized items may have additional production time.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Shopify. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Processing

Processing time for handmade items typically ranges from 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because items are handmade, we accept returns only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Photos of damage may be requested.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Normal wear and tear

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, branding, and content on this site are the property of Nina & Sine Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing, communication, and store operations. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to metals or materials
  • Misuse of products
  • Losses caused by shipping carriers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for verifying material compatibility (e.g., metal allergies).

9. Warranty

Handmade items are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee that the website will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
